What is the difference between the BH50C60 and the BH50C40?

It is the same ball head. The only difference is the type of clamp that comes with it.

The BH50C60 comes with a standard C60 Arca-swiss clamp.

The Bh50C40 has a smaller C40 Arca-swiss clamp.
Will the clamp work with other brands?

Yes, the BH50 Ball Head has a regular Arca-swiss clamp that allows you to use any camera accessories that has an Arca-swiss plate.
