Farewell SS2 Strap Port and Plugs

ANNOUNCEMENT: PRODUCT END-OF-LIFE

ProMediaGear would like to inform you of an upcoming End-Of-Life (EOL) on our SS2 strap port system in plates and Brackets and strap plugs. We're doing this because we see a wider adoption of QD strap system worldwide.

We are due to phase out our SS2 options to make way for the QD strap port and plugs. Our SS2 products shall be available until supplies last.

We understand that this announcement may be unwelcome to you. It is a difficult decision we have to make and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Replace your SS2 Ports with QD for free

We appreciate our customers who purchased our products with an SS2 Strap Port. With that in mind, we will be setting up a SS2 to QD exchange or swap program.

We maybe able to switch your SS2 product to QD for free within the USA. International customers, we will do case by case basis, but shipping is a big factor in this.

Our SS2 to QD exchange program will run until September 15, 2022, or until supplies last whichever comes first..

Rest assured that we'll do everything we can to make it as easy as possible.

SS2 to QD Exchange Eligibility

Our SS2 to QD Strap Port replacement is available to the following products.

• Any ProMediaGear product an SS2 Strap Port with a QD Option available. Not all SS2 products have a QD counterpart. Only products with a QD counterpart shall be entertained.
• The ProMediaGear product should be purchased from February 1, 2022 onwards. Products purchased before February 1, 2022 shall have a $20 SS2 to QD fee.
• The SS2 to QD Exchange will run until September 15, 2022 or until supplies last.
