Overview

The ProMediaGear PLNZ9 L-Bracket allows for quick changes between portrait and landscape without the need for tripod head readjustment and re-composition.

You simply release the bracket from your tripod head, flip it 90 degrees mounting it back into the tripod head.

This L-Bracket is also compatible with Arca-Swiss-type standards from all major manufacturers. So it does not matter which clamp you use, as long as it is a standard Arca clamp.

The benefits of mounting on the vertical side facilitate a more stable platform than using the ball head alone to tilt 90 degrees, as the camera mounts directly over the center of the tripod apex. The PLNZ9 has been machined from a solid Aluminum T6061 block and black anodized for the scratch-resistant finish. The main feature of this L-Bracket is its two-piece design; the vertical piece of the L-Bracket can be extended or removed, which allows for the use of just the base plate if desired.

Improved over the older versions, still great

A very good product, made much better.
I like the product a lot for my uses which is video. I never had used the Arca Swiss on the L bracket for tripods much .
I used the L Bracket Arca Swiss for my Spyder Holster camera carrier. Now I have it rigged with a Zacuto dslr base plate on the bottom of the ProMediaGear L Bracket. I’m using it for video and with the wire management system.
I like the setup I have .

PLNZ9 bracket

This L-bracket for my Nikon Z9 is well made, fits the camera like a glove and makes mounting a tripod and adding accessories very easy. I pretty much leave it on the camera 100% of the time. IMO well worth the $$

Phenomenal L-bracket, it’s as if it made initially with the Z9. Access to the camera ports is improved over the L-bracket I had for my D850. Top notch made. I leave it on my camera all the time. It makes holding the camera easy and ergonomic for my hands.
