One piece, solid, very little fiddly parts to mess with.

I have the two end parts to mount this and a quick release plate in the middle to place three not overly expensive tripods to. I haven’t had the chance to use this yet but I do admire the quality and the premise behind its design. A straight slider with a semi circle slider built into one unit!!! Wow. A very clean well built unit that is light weight with a nice carrying case. Should be a pleasure to use!

This slider is perfection. It's nicest ANYTHING I've ever purchased. I like that it's made in the USA, but what matters to me is how well it works, and the high quality of the materials and manufacturing. This company sets the example of what quality should be.

PMG 48in slider

The 48 in PMG Duo video slider is an outstanding piece of equipment. It has allowed me to get steady video shots using the optional motor drive. The motor drive is well built, as are all PMG products, and the movement is silky smooth. If you take time to follow the PMG set up instructions you will have a solid platform from which to deliver stunningly high quality video or time lapse photography. Final note, I was missing the mounting screw for the motor drive for the PMG slider and a shoot where the slider would be needed 3 days later. I called Customer Service at PMG and explained my situation to them, the Customer Service Rep was genuinely empathic to my concern and had a replacement screw sent out to me that arrived a day before i needed the slider! The PMG Rep made me feel important and made sure I was a satisfied customer. As long as PMG continues to make high quality products, which is the only way they would do it or not at all, I will be a loyal customer and purchase my camera accessories from PMG!

The PMG-DUO 48-inch Video Slider has worked very well for us. We've used it for interviews, and for product shots, and have been very pleased with how quickly it can be set up, and how smooth the camera moves are. The carrying case protects it, and makes it handy to transport. We're very pleased.
