I purchased this and 2 other camera plates for all my canon cameras after making a decision to change ball heads and seeing the quality put into all PMG products. I felt the product is solid, well made and fit all three fit my camera bodies like a glove. The machining is outstanding and they look great too. Highly recommended!

Much better product than I expected. VERY WELL finished, fits perfectly on my 5Dmk2 & BG-E6. Low profile lets me just leave it on the camera. Now, make an L-plate please!

This plate fits the BG-E7 Battery grip for my Canon T2i 550D perfectly. It works infinitely better than the Arca Swiss universal that kept slipping. There is no slippage in any position with this grip. The stop screw is very helpful for proper positioning and added security.
