These are excellent and the only available snag protectors integrated into L brackets which works well.

Good protection. You KNOW your cable is securely attached.

Such a great idea to simplify securing cables to the camera's port. At least in the R5, the ports are connected directly to the motherboard so any port damage from a snagged cable means an expensive repair. Even with an engineering background I could barely figure out how to use the cable protector Canon supplies with the EOS R5. That, plus the Canon device is plastic where PMG's is nicely finished metal with long metal screws to secure it to the L-Bracket. Simple bit of kit, but perfect for what it does and potentially saving you from down time and a big repair bill.
