This ProMediaGear bracket plate is custom fitted for EOS-R Battery Grip BG-E22.
The bracket plate can be mounted to ProMediaGear flash brackets or L-Brackets.
Since it is custom designed it fits like a glove perfectly matching the camera shape, it also provides anti-rotation so the plate won't slip or twist.
The plate has been machined from solid Aluminum T6061 block and has hard black anodized surface coating for scratch resistant finish.
It also features 1/4-20 threads for mounting other quick release plates or accessories.

Purchased the plate to primarily to utilize the QD connection. Solid all around and fits the EOS R batterty grip perfectly. I intend on adding L bracket at some point.
The plate is well manufactured and performs the function that it was designed for. I initially purchased the only the base but subsequently purchased the compatible L bracket. A great compliment to the EOS R battery grip. You will not be disappointment.
This base plate does fit the EOS R battery grip nicely. But, to this date there still is no L-bracket adapter, which is a bit disappointing, and it is not compatible with at least the PMG video cage. Wish they would have mentioned that somewhere. Not sure what other parts it is or isn't compatible with. If all you need is the base plate with nothing else attached to it, then it does fit well and is solid.
